Returns

We will happily accept returns on all full-priced items for any reason within 10 days of order date. For returns occurring within the 10 day period we will grant a credit note or a full refund. 

We are not able to offer exchanges and instead encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and return the original item for refund. If it’s a simple change of size please email info@twofacelabel.com and we will do our best to assist.

All returned items (including the supplied wash bag) must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed and with the swing tags attached. Returns are accepted at the discretion of our team.

Domestic Australian orders can be returned free of charge using our reply paid Australia Post service. Please email us at info@twofacelabel.com and we will email a return label.

International orders are to be returned at the customers own expense. Please use a reliable and trackable return service as twoface LABEL will not take responsibility for any returns which are lost or damaged in transit.
